Tips Reset" i.e. to reset electrode #3, tips have been changed

• Serial input 1.07 = "Stepper #2 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.08 = "Stepper #3 (Reset)" = on =1
• Serial input 1.09 = "Stepper #4 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.10 = "Stepper #5 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.11 = "Stepper #6 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.12 = "NTSR"
• Serial input 1.13 = "DTSR"
At these Inputs an Electrode Number will be assigned for use with Input "DTSR –
Dressed Tips Reset" i.e. to reset electrode #3, tips have been dressed
• Serial input 1.06 = "Stepper #1 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.07 = "Stepper #2 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.08 = "Stepper #3 (Reset)" = on =1
• Serial input 1.09 = "Stepper #4 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.10 = "Stepper #5 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.10 = "Stepper #6 (Reset)" = off =0
• Serial input 1.12 = "NTSR"
• Serial input 1.13 = "DTSR"
• Serial input 2.14 = "Tip Dress Motor"
If Stepper #1 thru 6 are off, then NTSR and DTSR will reset all heat steppers.
Inputs operate in parallel
Indication, that the Tips, selected by Electrode Number, have been changed.
Selected Counter is reset to "0".
Serial Output 1.02 "Maintenance Required" is turned off.
Serial Output 1.04 "New Tip" is turned on.
Serial Output 1.04 "New Tip" will stay on until receipt of next Binary Pilot signal.
Inputs operate in parallel
Indication, that the Tips, selected by Electrode Number, have been dressed.
Selected Counter is reset to "0".
Serial Output 1.02 "Maintenance required" is turned off
Serial Output 1.05 "Dressed Tip" is turned on.
Serial Output 1.05 "Dressed Tip" will stay on until receipt of next Binary Pilot
signal.
