Output = On when the WCD check is outside the limits.
Since this only indicates a warning, the timer will continue to weld if another PS
input is seen.
See Weld Circuit Degradation.
This output is controlled by the discrete inputs E_13, E_14 and E_15 (see
description of E13 – E_15).
Additional conditions:
After switching on the control, this output will be set corresponding to the value of
the last switching off.
Reset signals do not affect this signal
A2.10 will be reset with every valid binary pilot.
This function is only available for adaptive enabled systems.
One or more weld schedules must be programmed for "tip dress resistance ok"
function.
Gun resistance will be measured and tolerance bands established.
When tip dress resistance schedule is run, the output "tip dress resistance ok" will
be set high, if measured resistance is within the tolerance band.
When tip dress resistance schedule is run, timer fault serial output 1.03 is turned
on with the fault message "no stepper reset fault".
This fault can not be reset by a binary pilot input 1.14 – 2.05. Weld complete
serial output 1.01 is set in any case. ( from FW-Version 110)
Error Reset of this only by these signals:
• 1.12 NTSR
• 1.13 DTSR
• E_02 NTSR
• E_03 DTSR
All other errors are not affected by this kind of error reset.
Free.
This Output will be activated at the beginning of the Pre-Squeeze Time and will
be deactivated at the end of the Hold Time.
This output is programmed for time on during squeeze time. This output remains
on till the end of hold time.
Example:
If total squeeze time is 100ms and intensify is 20ms, the intensify output will go
high after the first 80ms of squeeze time.
