5a - Install tower with floor steel frame
Raise the posts to a tower and mount the floor
steel frame on the clamps. Mount the nut screw
(A280082-52) on the screw in the aluminum
clamp. (1)
5b - Placement of clamps
NOTICE! Correct placement of aluminum clamps for
Floor SP100400-001. (2)
5c - Measurement of floor steel frame
Ensure the floor steel frame is placed at the correct
height and is leveled. (3)
5d - Securing of clamps for floor steel frame
When clamps for floor steel frame are placed
correctly, fix the M10x30 Button Head screw
(601030-A2).
Tightening torque 30 Nm.
Nut screw (A280082-52) is fixed sufficiently.
Use the pilot hole in the clamp to drill a through hole
in the aluminum clamp and post with the 4.8 mm
drill supplied.
Place percussion rivet (1103505948000) in the hole
and secure it using a hammer. (4)
5e - Install HPL floor
Mount the HPL floor on the floor steel frame (cross)
and fix it with M10x50 Button Head screw
(601050-A2) and nut screw (A280082-52). (5)
