Noise parameters
The noise emission values at the work place, determined
according to EN 23746 (acoustic power levels) and EN
31202 (acoustic pressure levels) with a correction factor
k3 calculated according to appendix A.2 of EN 31204,
based on operating conditions listed in ISO 7904,
appendix A, are:
bsh 400
Acoustic power level in dB
Idling L
= 93.9 dB(A) Operating L
WA
Acoustic pressure level in dB
Idling L
= 79.7 dB(A) Operating L
pAeq
bsh 500
Acoustic power level in dB
Idling L
= 100.7 dB(A) Operating L
WA
Acoustic pressure level in dB
Idling L
= 88.3 dB(A) Operating L
pAeq
A measuring uncertainty coefficient (K = 4 dB) applies to
the emission values listed above.
Dust emmision parameters
The dust emmision parameters, measured according to the
principles for measuring dust emmisions (concentration
parameter) for woodworking machines specified by the
German wood professional committee, are below 2 mg/m
Dust emmissions can therefore be continuously kept
within the range allowed under currently valid German
regulations by connecting the machine to a vacuum ex-
haust system with an airflow speed of at least 20 m/s.

Hand wheel, Switch unit, Switch plug combination, Fig. 02
Screw the hand wheel onto the adjusting spindle.
1 washer 8
1 cap nut M8
Switch unit 400 V
1 hex bolt M8 x 16
1 serrated edge washer A8.4
1 hex nut M8
Switch plug combination three-phase
2 raised-head screws M 4 x 50
2 washers ø 4
2 serrated edge washers A 4.3
2 hex nuts M 4
Frame legs, Cross-cutting guide, Fig. 03
• Insert frame legs with spacing angle (5) into the table
corners and adjust the screws loosely.
each 1 cheese-head screw M8 x 100
each 1 filler piece (6)
each 1 stay piece (7)
each 1 serrated edge washer A 8,4
each 1 hex nut M8
as well as
each 2 carriage bolts M8 x 60 with serrated washers and
hex nuts.
Make sure to attach the cross-cutting guide onto the right side
of the table at the same time.
• Slide the rubber ring (8) and the cross-cutting guide
onto the guide rail.
Screw the front bracket (9) onto the guide rail.
1 serrated edge washer 10.5
1 hex nut M10
Insert the rear bracket (11) onto the guide rail.
U-bolts
• Attach both U-bolts (10) diagonally to each other.
each 2 serrated edge washers 10.5
each 4 hex nuts M10
Longitudinal and diagonal braces, Fig. 04
Note insertion position as it corresponds to the diagonal
position of the frame legs.
• First attach the braces lightly with screws
each 1 cheese-head screw M8 x 45
each 1 filler piece (6)
each 1 brace clamp (11)
each 1 serrated edge washer 8.4
each 1 hex nut M8
Then tighten all screws and nuts on the frame legs and
braces. Place the machine on its legs.
Clamping attachment for ripping fence, Fig. 05
• Attach the clamping attchment (1) for the ripping
fence
2 cheese-hex screws M6 x 30
2 serrated edge washers 6,4
2 hex nuts M6
Cross-cutting guide, Fig. 05
• Insert a carriage bolt M8 x 70 from beneath the rect-
angular tube into the cross-cutting guide. Clamp the
cross-cutting guide with washer 8 and the hand wheel.
With the hex bolt in the rectangular tube, adjust the
swivel component at a right angle to the saw blade.
