Mounting the SOO
F See reverse for mounting screw
tightening torques.
• Use DIN 6912 screws for additional
support rails.
• Push the carriage onto the shaft support
rail with ready-mounted shaft.
Make sure the carriage and shafts
are properly aligned, otherwise the
seals and linear bushings may be
damaged.
First shaft support rail:
• Align and screw down the rail and, if
bellows are provided, the additional
support rail.
Second shaft support rail:
• Push the carriage to one end. Insert one
mounting screw and give it a few turns.
• Push the carriage to the other end of the
shaft. Tighten the mounting screw.
• Before tightening the other screws,
always push the carriage to a position
near them. Check that the carriage slides
easily and readjust the second shaft
support rail as necessary.
• If provided, mount the bellows.

Removing the bellows
• Switch off the power.
For vertical and slanting instal-
lation configurations, secure the
carriage against falling.
• Unscrew the bellows fastening frames
from the carriage and the end blocks
(SGO) and remove the end plates (SOO)
from the shafts.
• For the SGO version, unscrew the end
blocks and remove them from the shafts,
while ensuring the shafts are properly
supported.
• Remove the bellows from the shafts.
• Release the mechanical clamps on the
bellows.

Maintenance
This equipment must first
be lubricated before initial start-up.
Following this, the only maintenance work
required is in-service lubrication to suit the
operating conditions.
• The shafts may also require cleaning.
Lubricants
Do not use greases containing solid
particles (e.g. graphite or MoS
– Lithium base grease KP2K (DIN 51825)
– Consistency class NLGI 2 (DIN 51818)
Lubrication intervals
Normal operating conditions, see Table.
Under special operating conditions (e.g.
special configuration, presence of dust,
solvents, etc.) the lubrication intervals must
be adjusted to suit the specific application.

fixation, voir au verso.
• Pour les rails de support utiliser des vis
selon DIN 6912.
• Introduire le plateau avec l'arbre monté
sur le support d'arbre.
Ne pas introduire de travers pour
ne pas endommager le racleur et la
douille à billes.
• Aligner et fixer le premier support
d'arbre ainsi que les réglettes pour les
exécutions avec soufflet.
Deuxième support d'arbre:
• Pousser le plateau sur une extrémité.
Mettre une vis de fixation sans la serrer.
• Pousser le plateau vers l'autre extrémité
de l'arbre. Serrer ensuite les vis de
fixation.
• Rapprocher le plateau des autres vis pour
les serrer. Contrôler la facilité de
déplacement du plateau, le cas échéant,
réajuster le deuxième support d'arbre.
• S'il y a soufflet, le fixer.

Démontage du soufflet
• Mettre la machine hors-tension.
Empêcher la chute du plateau
pour les montages verticaux ou
obliques.
• Dévisser le cadre de fixation du soufflet
du plateau, de l'entretoise (SGO) et de la
tôle d'extrémité des arbres (SOO).
• Pour le SGO, desserrer les entretoises, les
retirer de l'arbre en supportant celuici.
• Retirer le soufflet.
• Desserrer les vis du soufflet.
5.
Entretien
Réaliser le premier graissage avant
la mise en service!
L'entretien ultérieur se limite à la relubri-
fication selon les conditions de service.
• Le cas échéant, nettoyer les arbres.
Lubrifiant
Ne pas utiliser de lubrifiants
contenant des solides (par exemple
graphite ou MoS
– Graisse au savon de lithium
(DIN 51825)
– Classe de consistance
)!

Intervalles de lubrification
en conditions de service normales, voir le
tableau.
En conditions de service particulières
(comme montage particulier, poussière,
solvant), les intervalles de lubrification
doivent être adaptés à l'application

F Per le coppie di serraggio delle viti
vedere i dati da tabella.
• Per i sos-tegni degli alberi utilizzare viti
DIN 6912.
• Montare la tavola calzandola sull'al-bero
montato sul relativo sostegno.
Evitare imboccature con in-
clinazione per non danneggiare le
guarnizioni e relativi manicotti a sfere.
Fissaggio del primo albero e relativo
sostegno nella versione con soffietto:
• allineare e fissare anche la basa della
guida.
Fissaggio del secondo albero
e relativo sostegno:
• spingere la tavola ad un'estremità.
Avvitare una vite di fissaggio del
sostegno senza serrare a fondo.
• Spingere la tavola dal lato opposto ed
avvitare il sostegno da questo lato a
fondo.
• Per il serraggio delle altre viti spingere la
tavola in prossimità delle stesse.
Controllare que la scorrevolezza avvenga
con spinta leggera. Se è il caso, corre-
ggere nuovamente l'allineamento di
questo albero e relativo sostegno.
• Se previsti, montare e fissare i soffietti.
4.
Smontaggio soffietto
• Staccare la corrente.
In caso di montaggio verticale o
obliquo, impedire che la tavola scivoli in
caduta libera.
• Smontare il telaio di fissaggio del
soffietto dalla tavola e dalla traversa
(SGO), compresa la lamiera terminale
degli alberi (SOO).
• In caso di versione SGO sbloccare le
traverse, sfilarle dagli alberi supportando
gli stessi durante tale operazione.
• Staccare il soffietto dagli alberi.
• Sbloccare le viti del soffietto.
5.
Manutenzione
Prima della messa in funzione,
eseguire il primo ingrassaggio!
La successiva manutenzione si limita alla
rilubrificazione a seconda delle condizioni di
funzionamento.
• Se necessario, provvedere alla pulizia
degli alberi.
Lubrificante
Non impiegare grassi addizionati
con particelle solide (como ad esempio
grafite o MoS
)!

Condizioni normali di funzionamento:
