Deleting a command timer
If a command timer is set (bell symbol on the
display), in the steps described above the
words TIMER 1 CLEAR will appear instead of
TIMER 1 SET.
a. Perform steps a. through e. as described
above. TIMER 1 AUS appears.
b. Press OK. The message AUS BEST.
appears.
c. Press OK. The confirmation message
FERTIG appears.

Learn function
You can manually save functions from the
original remote control onto your universal
remote control. The commands are saved
to the same source button to which the
device with the original remote control was
programmed.
The universal remote control can "learn" up
to 150 commands.
Note on the learn function
* Use new batteries for both remote
controls.
* When starting programming from the
beginning
* – especially after starting the device for
the first time, first delete all previously

saved commands.
* Only one original remote control can be
programmed to each source button.
* If you wish to program an original remote
control to a specific source button, first
delete the command on this source
button.
* If the memory is full, the message
LERNEN FEHL. appears. In this case,
delete saved commands.
* Programming a button can take approx. 3
seconds. Do not release the button which
is "learning" until the message FERTIG or
LERNEN FEHL. appears.

* You cannot assign functions to the
following buttons: Setup, MACRO and
source buttons.
* Some original remote controls (for DVD,
video recorders, SAT) can themselves
be programmed with device codes of
some TV brands in order to perform
basic functions on the TV (volume, mute,
channel search).
* Please do not try to transfer functions
to your universal remote control from
an original remote control which was
in turn programmed with the code for
another TV. This can lead to errors during
programming.
* First perform a test by programming two
or three commands and then testing them.
