Code Setup options: There are four options
for programming the device code in the CODE
SETUP menu.
Selecting the device code on the display
a. Switch on the device you wish to control.
b. Press and hold the Setup button for
approx. 3 seconds until CODE SETUP
appears.
c. Press OK. CODELISTE AUFR. appears.
d. Press OK. QUELLEN-TASTE appears.
e. Press the desired source button (TV,
VCR, CBL, ASAT, DSAT, DVD, AUX1, CD,
AMP, AUX2). The message GERAET? TV
appears.
f. Use the navigation buttons to select the
device type you wish to program to this
source button. (When "TV" is selected,
it is not possible to select a device
type, because only TV codes can be
programmed to this source button.)
g. Press OK. WARTEN... appears.
The codes for this device group are now
imported in order of manufacturer name
(compare with the included code list
as well). The first entry alphabetically
appears with the first code, e.g.
ADMIRAL 0000
Select the manufacturer of your device
using the navigation buttons. The first
code appears.Use the navigation buttons

to select a code from this manufacturer.
Now test the universal remote control
on your device. Depending on the device
type, use the buttons POWER, 0 –9, VOL,
PROG, AV, MUTE, the teletext buttons
and the six playback buttons. If the
device does not react as intended, select
a different code. When you have found a
suitable code, press OK to save the code.
h. WARTEN... appears again followed by
the confirmation message FERTIG.
The remote control then switches to normal
operation mode.
