Zur Dichtheitskontrolle Spindel in Mittelstellung
bringen. Deckelbereich mit Schaummittel einpinseln.
Flachdichtring S bzw. kompletten Einsatz auswechseln
1.
Ventil bis Anschlag öffnen. Deckelschrauben lösen.
! Auf eventuell austretendes restliches Kältemittel
achten. Bis zum völligen Druckausgleich
Deckelschrauben lose im Gehäuse belassen. Erst
danach völlig herausschrauben!
Zum Herausschrauben Schlüssel, bzw.
Schraubendreher mit in der folgenden Tabelle
angegebenen Weiten (SW) verwenden:

Deckelschrauben herausschrauben und Deckel
einschließlich Innenteile am Handrad herausziehen.
3.
Neuen Einsatz kpl. bereitstellen oder alten
Flachdichtring S austauschen.
4.
Ventiltellerschrauben (bzw. -muttern) lösen und
Flachdichtring S herausnehmen und ersetzen
Vor der Montage sind alle Einzelteile der Ventile zu rei-
nigen. Anschließend wird einen neuen Flachdichtring K
einlegen, Deckel aufsetzen und mit den Schrauben
gleichmäßig und über Kreuz anziehen.

For leakage test move the stem into central position
and coat the cover area with a foaming agent.
Replace Flat Seal S or Complete Insert
1.
Open the valve up to the limit stop. Loose cover
screws.
! Remnants of refrigerant might leak! Cover screws
should be kept loosely in the cover and should be
unscrewed completely only after the pressure has
completely equalized! To unscrew the cover screws
use a wrench, resp. a screwdriver with sizes (SW) as
mentioned in the following table:

Unscrew cover screws and draw out the cover
including internal parts on the handwheel.
4. 3.
Prepare a new valve insert or replace the old flat seal
S with a new one.
5. 4.
Remove the screws (resp. nuts) on the valve disc,
remove flat seal S and replace it with a new one.
Before assembly, clean all parts of the valves. Afterwards
put in a new flat seal K, but back the valve cover on top of
the valve body and fasten the cover screws evenly and
crosswise
