5.2.7 Hygienic cleaning of the rinsing bottle

1. Remove the lid of the rinsing bottle and rinse
both parts under running water.
2. Let the components dry.
3. Place the lid back on the rinsing bottle.
It is also possible to place the rinsing bottle and the lid into a water
bath at 65 °C for 15 minutes for hygienic cleaning.
ASSKEA GmbH recommends replacing the rinsing bottle after 30
hygienic cleanings or in the case of visible damage or functional
restrictions!

5.3 Further use of the device

The ASSKEA proVisio ® M28 secretion aspirator is suitable for further
use. However, prior to passing the device on to other patients or per-
sons, it has to be conditioned professionally. For this purpose, please
give the ASSKEA proVisio M28 secretion aspirator to ASSKEA GmbH
®
or to qualified personnel authorized by ASSKEA GmbH. In this regard,
please observe the instructions in section 7.1!

5.4 Maintenance and service

Risk of impaired performance due to aging effects
If you notice impaired performance of the device or other
problems, follow the instructions on troubleshooting in section
6 and contact the service if necessary.
Risk due to maintenance and service during operation
Maintenance and service must not be performed while the
device is in use! The device must be switched off before
maintenance and service work are performed.
Risk due to the performance of maintenance and service
by unauthorized persons
Maintenance and service may be performed only by special-
ized personnel authorized by ASSKEA GmbH or by ASSKEA
GmbH itself.
Risk due to the performance of maintenance and service
without sufficient documents
Maintenance and service may be performed only using the
service instructions for the ASSKEA proVisio
aspirator. ASSKEA GmbH will also provide additional docu-
ments on request in the event they can support the service
staff.
WARNING: Modifications of the ME device are not permitted.
• The ASSKEA proVisio M28 secretion aspirator is maintenance-

free if used in accordance with the instructions for use, except
for components with a limited service life.
• Perform a visual and functional check prior to each use, including
the accessories.
• The device may be opened and repaired only by ASSKEA GmbH
or by specialized personnel authorized by ASSKEA GmbH in com-
