6. Fold the moving part of the secretion canister lid (visioClick
upwards to release the hooks and remove the lid from the secre-
tion canister.

7. Empty and clean the reusable secretion canister and the lid
according to section 5.1.3 and 5.2.3.
8. Remove the used bacterial filter before a new patient uses the
device or when it has already been used frequently for one patient
for 2 weeks. Move the lever that is in the horizontal position
counterclockwise a quarter turn so that the lever points vertically
downwards.

9. When the lever is in this position, pull the bacterial filter
out of the fitting and dispose of the bacterial filter properly.

10. Insert a new bacterial filter (see section 4.2.1).
11. Clean the surface of the device according to section
5.1.2 and 5.2.2.
12. Store the device in the shipping carton until next operation.
