1 - Avant tous travaux de maintenance, d'entretien
ou de réparation, ainsi que lors de la recherche de
l'origine d'une panne ou d'un incident de fonction-
nement, il faut impérativement que la prise de force
soit débrayée, que le moteur soit coupé et la clé de
contact retirée.
Avant toute intervention, assurer la stabilité de la
machine et placer les cales de sécurité sur les vérins
d'essieu.
Réglage en hauteur :
Le réglage en hauteur ne s'utilise pas couramment, il
intervient uniquement en cas d'usure du disque ou dans
certains cas particuliers (manque de motricité du disque).
Le réglage standard = 7 mm de la pointe de la rasette au
fond du créneau .

1 - Before commencing any maintenance, servicing
or repair work, or before attempting to locate the
source of a breakdown or fault, it is essential that the
power take-off is disengaged, the engine turned off
and the key removed from the ignition.
Before carrying out any work, make sure that the
machine is stable, and fit the safety shims on the axle
cylinders.
Adjusting the height:
The height setting is not usually modified, it is only used if
the disc is worn or in certain special cases (insufficient disc
drive).
The standard setting = 7 mm from the point of the closer to
the bottom of the furrow .

1 - Vor Instandsetzungs-, Wartungs- oder Repara-
turarbeiten sowie bei Ermitteln einer Pannen- oder
Betriebsstörungsquelle muß die Zapfwelle ausgekup-
pelt, der Motor abgeschaltet und der Zündschlüssel
abgezogen sein.
Vor jeder Arbeit muss die Stabilität der Maschine
gewährleistet sein und die Sicherungsscheiben an
den Achszylindern angebracht werden.
Einstellung der Höhe:
Die Höhenverstellung wird nicht üblicherweise verwendet,
sie erfolgt nur bei Scheibenverschleiß oder in einigen
Sonderfällen (Beeinträchtigung der Scheibendrehbarkeit).
Die Standardeinstellung = 7 mm der Scharspitze unten in
der Kerbe .

Lorsque la cote de la pointe de la rasette au fond du
créneau est inférieure à 3mm (+-2mm) il est nécessaire
d'inverser la position des cales .
Les deux cales doivent toujours être retournées
simultanément afin d'assurer la bonne position
verticale de la rasette.
Les deux cales doivent toujours être dans le même
sens (noter la position de l'encoche).

Réglage d'appui de la rasette :
- Vérifier le serrage des vis
N.m).
- Utiliser la vis d'appui AHc
contact entre le disque et la pointe de la rasette.
La rasette doit effleurer le disque. On doit pouvoir faire
tourner facilement le disque à la main.

The two shims must always be turned simultaneously
in order to ensure that the closer is in the correct
vertical position.

- Check the torque of the closer
N.m).
- Use the AHc thrust screw
pressure between the disc and the point of the closer.
The closer must lightly touch the disc. It must be possible to
turn the disc easily by hand.
Wenn das Maß an der Spitze des Schars unten in der
Kerbe weniger als 3 mm (+-2mm) beträgt, müssen die
Distanzstücke
in ihrer Position umgedreht werden.
Die beiden Distanzstücke müssen stets gleichzeitig
umgedreht werden, um eine korrekte Senkrechtstel-
lung des Schars sicherzustellen.
Die beiden Distanzstücke müssen stets in der
gleichen Richtung montiert sein (siehe Position der
Einkerbung).

= nach Ausgleich des Scheibenverschleißes
Neigungseinstellung des Schars:
- Den festen Sitz der Befestigungsschrauben
überprüfen (100 Nm).
- Mit der Stützschraube AHc
Scheibe und Scharspitze einstellen.
Das Säschar muss die Scheibe leicht berühren. Die Scheibe
muss von Hand leicht zu drehen sein.
