g. When installing the stiffener align it with the
flange around the top of the grass box and
secure with screws nuts and washers
(washers against plastic).
h. Install front left and right hand bracket
assemblies onto front cutting units
i. Install rear support pin onto rear cutting
unit. Support pin is fitted to the lower hole
in therear of the cutting unit side plate.
j. Adjust the stops on the front grass boxes
so they are just off the ground with the unit
in its cutting position.
k. Position unit pivot shaft into support arm so
the grass box stiffener does not interfere
with belt tightening bolt.
l. Adjust the chain on the rear cutting unit
grassbox so it is just off the ground with the
unit in its cutting position.
