Remedy
Check whether the external power supply is properly connected to the
port 24V DC/2A max. on the SensorReady 3D and to the mains.
Check the settings for the encoder type and the signal period/counting step of
the measuring system affected in the SensorReady 3D.

1 Disconnect the power supply of the SensorReady 3D from the mains.
2 Check whether the measuring system affected is properly connected to the
SensorReady 3D via the correct port.
3 Connect the power supply of the SensorReady 3D to the mains.
4 Re-check the position values of the affected axis.
When the function Set machine zero by reference switch or Set machine zero
by reference mark has been selected: Approach the reference switches/refe-
rence marks of all axes after the SensorReady 3D has been switched on.
Enable the position correction for the affected axis.
