Configuring Position Correction
Heed the following warnings during configuration of position
correction:
NOTICE
Incorrect position correction caused by moving the machi-
ne zero or changing the encoder type.
Position correction values are valid as long as the location of
the machine zero and the selected encoder type remain un-
changed. If, after specifying position correction values, you
all the position correction values already saved must be deleted
and new position correction values must be defined.
Incorrect position correction due to excessive deviation
between target and actual value.
The values for Target Pos and Actual Pos must not deviate from
one another by more than 127 µm. Check each value pair
before saving it.

Enabling Position Correction
To enable position correction you must approach the machine
zero via the reference marking or set it manually once every
time you switch the SensorReady 3D on.
move the machine zero
mechanically move the reference switches
approach another reference mark to set the machine zero
change the function for determining the machine zero or
change the encoder type
