Putting into service is now complete. You can now perform
measurements with the SensorReady 3D.
5.1.2 Connecting Measuring System 3
You can use an additional 3rd measuring system (probe, linear
encoder or rotary encoder) with the SensorReady 3D to supple-
ment measuring systems 1 and 2.
At the port Encoder 3, you can connect an incremental measu-
ring system without external power supply from Märzhäuser
Sensotech (MR/analog 5Vss) or another manufacturer to an
interface of type 1Vss and TTL (RS-422).
You can get suitable encoder cables for your 3rd measuring
system as an optional accessory from our Customer Service

1 Read and make sure you understand the operating manual
NOTICE
Possible equipment damage through putting into/taking
out of service with existing mains power connection.
Disconnect the SensorReady 3D from the mains before connec-
ting/disconnecting measuring systems, a PC or other periphe-
rals to/from the SensorReady 3D.
