Fig. B
Tighten the hand wheel and the hand wheel washer onto
the jackscrew of the height adaptor. (Washer Ø 8.4, self-
locking cap nut M 8)
Assembly of the Switch, Fig. B
1.First attach the switch plate to the switch.
4 x cylindrical screws M 4 x 60
4 x fan washers
4 x nuts
2. Then attach the switch plate with 2 hexagonal screws
M8x16, 2 washers A8.4 and 2 hexagonal nuts M8 to the
table top.
The sagging cable is fastened to the table top with a clip.
Note:
If your circular saw bench is equipped with sliding tables,
then assemble the switch after the assembly of the sliding
tables. (Separate instructions)
Clack clamp for longitudinal rabbet, fig. B
1.Put the stock pieces onto the clamping clamp.
2.Attach the clamping clamp with 2 cylindrical screws
M6x30. 2 fan washers A6.4 and 2 hexagonal nuts M6 to the
table top.
Assembly of the exhaust nozzle, fig. 1
1.Attach the exhaust nozzle to the cap of the protection
cabinet.
4x hexagonal screws M6 x 16
4x hexagonal nuts M6;
4 x fan washers
Assembly of the frame heads, fig. 2
1 x Cylindrical screw M 6 x 30
1 x Hexagonal nut
1. Do not over-tighten the bolts and nuts.
2.Now attach and screw in from the outside of the spacer
and from the inside the small clips and the hexagonal nuts.
Assembly of the longitudinal and the transversal struts,
fig. 2
1 x cylindrical screw
1 x blocking notch nut
The longitudinal and the transversal
struts are cut off obliquely and need to be assembled to the
head clamp as such. From the outside you use the spacer
again and from the inside the big clips.

2. Assemble the table extension plate with 2 hexagonal screws
M8x16. 2 washers Ø8 and 2 hexagonal nuts M8 together
with 2 fan washers to the back of the saw table.
3. Attach the support struts with 2 lense flange screws
M6x16. 2 hexagonal nuts M6 and 2 fan washers Ø6 to the
table extension.
4. After this you attach the support strut with 2 lense flange
screws M6x16 and 2 blocking notch nuts M6 to the trans-
versal strut. Between the strut and the support you always
use a large washer Ø6.4.
Put the circular saw bench upright and align it. Put the
table extension plate at the same height as the saw table
top and tighten all screws.
The frame clamps are additionally tightened to the table
top with hexagonal screws M8x20, fan washers Ø8.4 and
nuts M8.
Then tighten all bolts to the frame.
Note:Additional attachments are cancelled when drilling is
rquired to attach accessories.
Assembly of the splitting wedge, fig. 4
Loosen the hexagonal screw from the splitting wedge mount-
ing 2 – 3 turns, but DO NOT RELEASE COMPLETELY.
Introduce the splitting wedge between the clamping plate
and the middle plate and gently tie up the six sides. Be care-

The adjustment takes place after the assembly of the saw
blade and has to be re-adjusted after every change.
Afterwards tighten the hexagonal screw tightly.
Assembly of the covering hood, fig. 5
1.Attach the covering hood with 1 round-head screw
M6x40.1 washer A6.4 and 1 wing-nut M6 to the splitting
wedge.
Assembly of the tube holder, fig. 6
1. The feeder plate for the retaining rod is normally at-
tached to the motor side of the table extension. (1 hex-
