POSSIBLE FAILURE AND/OR ANOMALIES

ANOMALY
The machine
does not start
The lower plate
locks while raising
The dough sticks to
the plates
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Lack of electrical supply
The knob of main switch is in
position "0"
Presence of foreign bodies
between the plastes
The plates are not oiled
Plates temperature too low
POSSIBLE REMEDY
Check the electricity meter, the
power socket and the power cord
Rotate the knob in position "1"
Remove the foreign bodies
Lift up the grid G
Apply a thin layer of oil on the
plates
Check the temperature set on the
thermoregulators and if necessary
increase it up to 150°/160°
