FUNCTION
Shows the instantaneous upper plate
temperature and allows you to set the its
value
If it is lit, the electrical resistance of upper
plate is on
It shows the instantaneous lower plate
temperature and allows you to set the its
value
If it is lit, the electrical resistance of lower
plate is on
When pressed simultaneously, they start the
movement of lifting from lower plate to
upper plate
It shows the contact time setting
It allows to set the contact time between the
two plates
It turns the machine on and off
It allows to vary the distance between the
two plates and consequently the thickness of
pizza disk.
