FIXED FLAP INSTALLATION•EINBAU FESTE KLAPPEN•INSTALLATION DES VOLETS FIXES•INSTALLAZIONE PER I FLAP FISSI

The following section covers the installation of the fixed flap mount for those modelers
wanting to utilize fixed flaps. For those that have built their model with operational flaps, skip to
the next section of the manual, Landing Gear Installation section, located on page 18.

Der folgende Abschnitt behandelt den Einbau der festen Klappen. Die
Modellbauer die bereits die Klappen funktionsfähig eingebaut haben, können mit dem
nächsten Bauschritt Einbau des Fahrwerks auf Seite 18 weitermachen.


Secure the servo cover to the wing using four M2 x 10 self-tapping screws. The arm on the cover is not centered in
the mount, and will be closer to the fl ap when the cover is installed.
Schrauben Sie die Servoabdeckung auf der Tragfl äche mit den vier M2 x 10 selbst-schneidenen Schrauben fest. Der
auf der Abdeckung befi ndliche Arm befi ndet sich nicht in der Mitte und steht etwas weiter in Richtung Klappe.
Fixez le couvercle du servo à l'aide de 4 vis auto-taraudeuses M2x10mm. Le bras du couvercle n'est pas centré par
rapport au support, il doit être orienté au plus proche du volet.
Fissare il coperchio per il vano del servo usando quattro viti M2x10 autofi lettanti. La squadretta che si trova sul
coperchio non è centrata per cui, quando il coperchio è montato, sarà più vicina ai fl ap.


Thread the clevis on a pre-bent M2 x 60 fl ap rod. This
pushrod has a Z-bend in the end as shown.
Drehen Sie den Gabelkopf auf die vorgebogene M2 x 60
Anlenkung.
Vissez la chape plastique dans la tringlerie coudée
M2x60mm. L'extrémité de cette tringlerie est coudée
en "Z".

Insert the Z-bend in the hole in the fi berglass arm on the
fi xed fl ap mount. Connect the clevis to the outer hole
of the fl ap control horn. Adjust the length of the linkage
so the fl ap is aligned with the trailing edge of the wing.
Once set, slide the tubing over the forks of the clevis to
secure the clevis to the control horn.
Setzen Sie das Z-gebogene Ende der Anlenkung in das
Loch der festen Klappenanlenkung und schließen den
Gabelkopf in dem äußeren Loch des Klappenruderhornes
an. Justieren Sie die Anlenkung so, dass die Klappe auf
einer Linie mit der Tragfl ächenhinterkante ist. Sichern Sie
den Gabelkopf mit dem Schlauchstück.
Glissez la partie en Z dans le trou du bras en fi bre de
verre. Connectez la chape au trou extérieur du guignol.
Ajustez la longueur de la tringlerie pour placer le volet
parfaitement au neutre aligné au bord de fuite de l'aile,
une fois que le réglage est effectué, glissez le morceau
de durite sur les fourches de la chape afi n de sécuriser
la liaison.
Inserire la piegatura a Z nel foro della squadretta in
vetroresina sul supporto fi sso. Collegare la forcella al
foro più esterno della squadretta posta sui fl ap. Regolare
la lunghezza della barretta in modo che il fl ap sia
allineato con il bordo di uscita dell'ala. Infi ne far scorrere
il tubetto sulla forcella per evitare che si apra.
