NOTICE
• New still unused wire guide liners have to be shortened to the actual
length of the cable assembly.
• For handling the wire guide, please observe the enclosed wire guide
mounting instructions.
• After shortening, strip the wire guide 150mm on the torch side.
1 Equip the cable assembly with torch neck and wear parts.
2 Introduce the wire guide into the cable assembly as far as it will go.
3 Determine excess length a (2).
4 Shorten the wire guide on the front side by the length a (2).
Shorten the wire guide so that it is slightly under tension after mounting.
5 Introduce the wire guide into the cable assembly as far as it will go and
secure it with the set screw ISO 4027 M4 x 5(3).
Since the iCAT mini are included in the welding process of the welding torch,
the operating steps are performed after the respective torch and the welding
power source has been put into operation. Please observe the operating
instructions of the respective welding torch.
Putting out of operation depends on the respective welding torch. Please
observe the operating instructions of the respective welding torch and the
welding power source.
