3 Mount the iCAT mini (1) to the robot flange (2) using eight cylinder head
screws DIN 912 M4 x 12 (5), max. tightening torque M = 4 Nm.
NOTICE
• The cylinder bolt (6) specifies the reference position, relative to the robot.
NOTICE
• Make sure that all lines (control leads, shielding gas and compressed air
lines) are installed without torsion and with sufficient clearance.
• After mounting is complete, check for any leaks.

The cable assembly is guided through the mounted robot mount.
1 Dismount the push-in fitting (5) if already mounted.
2 Mount the cable assembly in mounting direction.
3 Mount the cable assembly to the iCAT mini using seven cylinder head
screws DIN912 M4 x 20 (1). (Max. tightening torque 4 Nm)
4 Mount the push-in fitting ø 6 with the help of the screw aid SW 11 (6).
