Commissioning – only for qualified personnel
Verify that all modules used are correctly connected.
Verify whether all jumpers on the individual devices are set correctly. Changes to the jumpers are not
recognised when mains voltage is applied.
After application of mains voltage, the individual modules of the wave.com4 touch operating unit are automati-
cally recognised.
The recognised modules are shown in the display by their respective menu points. See technical settings and
operating instructions for the user

Technician settings – only for qualified personnel
The final configuration of the entire system is undertaken in the technicians' settings. The available options
are specified by the connected modules.
Heed the operating instructions for users section (display and operating units)
Make settings in the technicians' menu
The control is activated via a long press on 1 and
the homescreen is displayed with the available set-
tings options.
The technicians' menu is activated via a long press
on the C-key 2. Navigate with the Touch Wheel 4
to the 'Technicians' menu point. Confirm with the
OK button 3. Here the module settings can now be
made.

In order to select a menu point, navigate with the
touch wheel 4 to the option to be changed and se-
lect this with OK 3. Press C 2 to go back a level.
