Residual risks

The following residual risks can remain present even when the machine is being used
as intended:
- Risk of injury to fingers and hands from the splitting wedge.
- Risk of injury from being hit by flying wood as a consequence of not holding it or
guiding it correctly.
- Risk of injury from touching parts carrying electrical voltage when covers are open or
electrical components are defective.
- Risk of reduced hearing ability as a consequence of working for prolonged periods
without ear protection.
Residual risks can be minimized by observing the instructions contained in the
„Intended use" and „Safety instructions" sections and in the operating instructions
in their entirety.
