application of the 28R140N Dorso Arexa hyperextension orthosis.

2.1 Components

2.2 Design
The ventral section consists of a base plate (2) with adaptable extension ele­
ments (5), two ratchet closures (3), a sternal support (1) and a symphysis
support (6). The supports (1, 6) are continuously height-adjustable. The sup­
ports with the tubes are attached to the base plate by special clamping ele­
ments. The sternal support is also available in a short version (option).
The flexible, two-piece waistband (9) is attached to the back support (7).
The waistband slides into the ratchet closures (3) and engages audibly. The
