Installation requirements

Attention!
The edges of the appliance may be sharp. Pro-
tect yourself from injury, e.g. by wearing work
gloves.
• Keep all packaging materials (foil, synthetic foam, nails,
etc.) out of the reach of children!
• The kitchen should be dry and have effective ventilation
in accordance with the applicable technical rules and
regulations.
• The wall behind the oven should be easy to clean and
resistant to high temperatures.
During operation, its rear side may heat up to about
50°C higher than the ambient temperature.
Installation of the appliance into a
built-in furniture
• The installation must comply with all distance regulati-
ons and other applicable regulations.
We recommend installation by a specialist.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage or injury
caused by incorrect installation.
• This appliance set is a built-in oven with a built-in hob.
When installing both the oven and the hob, the left
side, the right side, the back and the bottom must lie
against a piece of furniture or a wall.
• The appliance components must be well ventilated
under all circumstances and the air inlet and outlet
must not be blocked (1.1-1.2).
• The safety distance between the hob and any hanging
furniture or extractor hood above the cooking surface
should be at least 76 cm (1.1).
• The stability of the built-in furniture must comply with
the DIN 68930 standard.
• There must not be a rear wall on the built-in niche
to ensure ventilation.
• Components of adjacent furniture parts, such as coa-
tings, veneers or adhesives, must be heat-resistant
to prevent deformation of the surfaces or peeling
of the coating.
If you are not sure about the heat resistance of your
furniture, you shlould leave about 2 cm of free space
around the appliance.
• The worktop on which the hob is to be installed must
be level and horizontal and nothing must protrude into
the work area.
• The appliance must be properly earthed before instal-
lation.
