Using the hob
Suitable cookware and its use
• Only use glass-ceramic suitable cookware
with a temperature resistance of up to 200°C.
• Only use pots and pans with a smooth, even bottom
without bulges that sits flat on the glass.
Make sure that the base has no sharp edges or burrs.
• Choose a cooking dish that, if possible, is the same
size as the cooking zone you want to use.
Always centre the dishes on the cooking zone.
• Do not use leaking cookware.
Always remove spilled liquids or moisture immediately
from the cooking surface.
• Always lift the dishes off the hob -
Do not slide or push it back and forth!
This could scratch the glass.
• Always switch off cooking zones that are not used
for cooking anymore.
