THE ALPHA 2 : RELAX YOUR MIND !
Because of its ease of use and high level of passive safety, but also thanks to its performance
and character, the ALPHA 2 is a glider for a very wide range of pilots. It tolerates imprecise
pilot's movements that still lack precision or symmetry, particularly when taking off and flying in
thermals, but also gives great pleasure to the pilot whose feeling is developing and whose
movements are becoming more precise.

THE TECHNIQUE

The pilots of our development team have given it as much care and attention as
if it was their own competition glider. In other words, the ALPHA 2 is a pure
ADVANCE glider, with character ! Its profile is entirely new and was chosen for its
good stability in pitch (reassuring for a beginner), and equally as much we strived
to build its lively turn performance and the easy way it moves into a thermal.
The leading edge is reinforced with Mylar, which improves its stiffness and reduces
deformations, tension being considerable at this point.
Each cell receives a line, to maintain an exact profile, as stable as possible. The cell
width gets smaller as you go from the centre to the wing tip (the last three being
closed off) giving a beautifully clean aerodynamic shape. The three-level suspension
