Prior to servicing the equipment, reduce the pressure in the air tank to
zero and disconnect the equipment from the main power supply.
Only trained service personnel can perform the activities listed in the
troubleshooting guide.
POTENTIAL CAUSE
There is pressure in the air tank
No main power voltage
Interrupted winding of motor, damaged
thermal protection
Defective capacitor
Jammed piston or other part
Leakage of air from pneumatic
distribution system
Large consumption of compressed air
Worn out piston rings
Dirty air suction filter

SOLVING COMMON PROBLEMS
In STANDBY mode, the compressor starts
when pressure decreases
Switched off main breaker in distribution system
Check supply
Replace a defective fuse
Loose wire terminal – tighten
Power cord defective – replace
Replace motor
Replace capacitor
Replace damaged parts
Inspect pneumatic distribution system – seal
loose connection
Do not exceed max. flow (see Technical data)
Replace worn out piston rings
Replace the dirty air suction filter
