1. Installation of room KPS 120/180

Important!
Be aware how the evaporator is mounted before installing the room.
Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.
The room consist of modules as shown in illustration 2:
5 wall modules
1 door module
1 ceiling module
Furthermore a floor module can be delivered with the room.
Procedure:
1. Start placing the U-profiles as shown in illustration 3.
a. If the room is without floor, two gaps have to be milled into the U-
profile to so the evaporator section can be placed level with the
wall. Be sure to keep the right distance to the other wall panels.
See illustration 4 and 11.
2. If the room is to be equipped with a floor, it must be placed after
mounting the U-profiles, and before fitting the wall modules.
NB! If installing a recessed floor, see illustrations 6 to 9. An 8 mm piece
of the exterior fillet of the U-profile must be cut off in order to make the
room fit into the recessed area. A special door threshold for recessed
installation must be ordered separately. Final seal is not provided in the
box with loose parts.
3. Install the wall modules by placing them in the U-profiles. The modules
are locked together with the included key. Be sure that all the locks grip
firmly.
NB! If conditions at the installation place do not allow access to the
exterior wall panel at the evaporator side, this wall element must be
installed temporarily. Then measure for installation of the evaporator as
described in chapter 3.
4. Finish the installing by placing the ceiling module. The ceiling can be
installed before the wall module at the door, if there is not sufficient
place above the room.
