OPERATING ELEMENTS & CONNECTIONS

Front and Rear Panel

1 CD tray
For entering audio CDs and CDs with titles in
the MP3 format.
2 USB port 1
Front USB port (type A) for connecting a
USB storage device.
3 Button [ ]
To eject the CD. While playing a CD, the slot
is locked against unintentional ejection.
4 Button SOURCE SELECT
In pause mode, short actuation of the button
allows switching between the data carriers
CD, USB 1 and USB 2. The LEDs will verify
which source is source is selected.
5 Button TIME
For switching over the time indication and
calling the system settings.
• Basic setting: remaining title time (REMAIN)
• First short actuation: elapsed title time
(ELAPSED)
• Second short actuation: total remaining time
(TOTAL REMAIN), not in MP3 mode
• Long actuation: for calling the system
settings
6 Button SGL/CTN
For selecting the operating mode and the
Auto Cue function.
• Basic setting continuous mode: continuous
play of all titles of the data carrier.
• Short actuation activates single title play
(indication SINGLE): after playing a title, the
unit is set to pause at the start of the next title
• Long actuation: activates/deactivates the
Auto Cue function; with the function
activated, AUTO CUE is indicated
7 LCD
Indicates all functions of the unit and
information of the data carriers. The display
icons will be explained in section DISPLAY.
8 Press control TRACK [
• Turn the control to browse the titles. Title
number and title name (MP3 files only) are
indicated in the display. If you keep the
control pressed while turning it at the same
time, you can jump 10 titles forward or
backward.
• To browse folders, first press the button
FOLDER [ ] to activate the folder selection
mode. Then turn the control to browse the
folders. If you keep the control pressed while
turning it at the same time, you can jump 10
folders forward or backward. The folder
number and name are indicated in the
display.
• Short repeated actuation of the control allows
indicating the individual ID3 tag information of
the title: Title, Artist, Album, Genre, File
Name. The bit rate will always be displayed
additionally.
• To start/stop MP3 recordings, keep the
control pressed and shortly actuate the
TAP BPM button.
• For working in the system settings.
