Return
In case of a withdrawal (after the as-
sembly) the costs are not refunded.
The return of the filter system is no
longer possible after the expiry of the
agreed notice period.

The 30-year warranty applies only to
BestWater systems with regular filter
replacement:

Activated carbon prefilters 12 months

BestWater gives no implied guarantee
*** as well as no guarantee when the
filter system is sold for specific purpos-
es. BestWater assumes no liability for
indirectly resulted damages through
travel costs, phone costs, loss of sales,
loss of time, unfavorable circumstanc-
es, loss of the utility value of the filter
system, have originated through the
use of the filter system and its incor-
rect application.
This guarantee describes all possibili-

ties where BestWater may appear as a
compensation bearer.
Further conditions
If BestWater decides in favor of a
replacement, it can exchange the filter
system / part against an already re-
paired one. Parts that are used for the
repair are still under warranty for the
remaining time. This warranty is not
transferable.
* Warranty services will be con-
ducted solely at your local dealer
(the transport is done at the cost
of the customer).
** The sediment pre-filter change
in the first pre-filter housing
depends in the essentials on the
local water pollution and should
take place when required in even
shorter time intervals.
*** In a warranty case, no re-
placement unit will be made avail-
able.
