Troubleshooting
Possible faults of the BestWater system
Problem
No water from the with-
drawal tap.
The display shows the
message „Water protec-
tion system".
Appearance of unusual
pumping noises.
The bottled water from
the BestWater system is
milky.
The bottled water from
the BestWater system
contains suspended
particles.
Sewage runs into the
drain without interrup-
tion.

The water supply is inter-
rupted. The BestWater
system gets too little
water. The hose to the
withdrawal tap is kinked.
The water protection
system has reacted.
No error! Slurping noises at the beginning and at the end
of the pumping process are normal.
No error! These are oxygen and hydrogen bubbles that
can originate during reverse osmosis. This is also a sign
for extremely good filtration!
- The flushing time was
too short.
- After the filter change,
the post-filter flushing was
not properly carried out.
Check the water consum-
ers that are connected to
the BestWater system.

Cause
Check whether
- the water-connection
- the Minimum flow
- the water inflow-hose 1/4"
- the mains plug is plugged
- he mains switch is in
- the fuse is OK.
- close the tap.
- Call the Customer service.
Open the withdrawal tap of
the BestWater system and
allow the water to run into
the drain for approx. 7 - 10
minutes.
Close the tap.
Call customer service.
Removal
(corner valve) is opened
pressure of 150 kPa (1.5
