Disconnect all hoses from the postfil-
ters. Do not Forget to dismantle the
blue locking rings.
First of all, you unscrew the Screw-in
connectors from the used up Aqua-Lith
Crystal-Energy filter. These are used
again in the new filter.
After you have unscrewed the connec-
tion piece from the used up postfilter,
remove the old Teflon tape completely
and provide the connection piece with

4 - to 5 new layers of Teflon tape.
For this purpose, use a tape with a
grammage of 100 g/m
Remove the packaging of the post-
filters and screw in the connection
pieces into the new postfilters. For this
purpose, use a 17 ring wrench or com-
bination wrench. Please, use no force.
Should too much Teflon be applied on
the connection piece, the postfilter
may get damaged.
While attaching the thread, please pay
attention that the thread is straight
and that the Screw-in connector is
screwed in straight into the thread. Do
not use force when screwing in!
With the HE module, this step is not
necessary since those are already pre-
assembled.
Insert the thus prepared new modules.
Proceed in the reverse order as when
dismantling.
