What to do if . . .
You can remedy most faults and er-
rors that may happen during everyday
operation yourself. In many cases, you
can save time and costs, since you
need not call on the customer service.
The following tables should help you
in finding and rectifying the causes of
faults or errors. However, please note:
Possible faults of the BestWater system
Problem
The display remains
dark, none of the LEDs
lights up.
The display remains
dark.
The display shows the
message "Water short-
age" .

The BestWater system
has no power.
The display shuts off
automatically in order to
save power (Standby).
The orange coloured LED

The water supply is insuf-
ficient. The BestWater sys-
tem gets too little water.

Troubleshooting

Removal
Check whether
– the mains plug
is plugged in
- the mains switch is
positioned on (l)
– the fuse is OK
– the power outlet has
voltage.
Open the withdrawal tap
or withdraw water.
Standby-Mode is termina-
ted.
Check whether
- the water-connection
(corner valve) is opened
- Minimum flow pressure
of 150 kPa (1.5 bar) is
achieved,
- the water inflow-hose 3/8"
is not kinked,
- the filter is closed.
