Possible faults of the BestWater system
Problem
Very little water comes
out from the withdrawal
tap.
Water runs into the
drain after I have closed
the withdrawal tap.
The BestWater system
reports "water shortage"
after the filter change.
The BestWater system
works without interrup-
tion although all water
consumers withdraw no
wate.

- Another water consumer
takes water from
the BestWater system at
the same time.
- The reverse osmo-
sis membranes can be
clogged.
No error! The BestWater system post-purges, in order to
be able to produce the optimum drinking water quality
again during the next withdrawal.
- The corner valve is
jammed.
- The packaging residues
were not removed by the
pre-filters.
One of the pressure trans-
mitters in the system could
be damaged.

Troubleshooting
Cause
In case of a clogged mem-
brane, please contact cus-
tomer service.
- Please check your corner
valve, it could be scaled up
and fail to open properly.
- Check the prefilters again
whether they have been
properly inserted.
Pull the power cable.
Close the tap.
Call customer service.
Removal
