The drain

The drain of the BestWater system
can be easily attached to all 40 - to
50-mm-plastic pipes. Before you begin
with the installation, determine the
mounting position of the clamp.
Pay attention to it that the water drain
should be observeable in installed
state. Check, with open tap (under full
pipe pressure), the connection point
on the BestWater system and on the
traps for leakage tightness.

Installation and connection
Take the Image as help while tighten-
ing and proceed as follows:
Drill a hole with a 7 mm drill (above
the odour trap).
Stick the foam rubber seal to the
drain clamp.
Fasten the clamp, on this occasion,
tighten both screws evenly.
Push the plastic hoses for 30 mm
into the plug-in connector of the drain
clamp.

Apply no force when tightening!
Route the drain hose without kinks!
On the hoses to the drain clamp,
no additional fittings (pressure
reducer, check valves and the like)
may be installed.
