• Do not extinguish burning fat with water. Use a
blanket or a fire extinguisher.
Instructions for use
• Remove all stickers before using for the first
time.
• Fill the frying pan 2/3 with water, add 2–3
tablespoons of vinegar and then boil the vinegar
water for 5–10 minutes.
• Rinse all the parts thoroughly by hand and
carefully dry the frying pan.
• Use the highest heat setting for heating up only.
Turn the heat down in good time and cook food
over a medium heat.
• Never heat an empty pan and ensure that the
liquid of the cooked food never completely
evaporates. Failure to do so can result in the
food being burned or damage to the frying pan
or heat source.
• Use a low heat when cooking with very little
water.
• Do not knock spoons or other kitchen gadgets
on the pouring rim.
• Frying pans and lids without synthetic parts are
also suitable for use in the oven (see following
table).
• Please note that the handles can become hot.
Use pan holders.
• If the handle on your frying pan comes loose,
please contact your WMF dealer. You must not
use the frying pan again until you have tight-
ened the screw.
Temperature specifications when using in the
oven
The maximum heat supply depends on the parts
with the lowest temperature resistance (handles
or lid).
Never use the oven's grill function with glass lids.
