TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The unit does not start when
the On/Off button is pressed.
The unit does not cool
properly.
The unit is very loud.

Error codes

E1 The room temperature sensor is
broken.
E2 The evaporator coil sensor is
broken.
E3 The water tank is full.
Possible cause
The water level indicator light
flashes because the water
tank is full.
The room temperature is higher
than the set temperature
(electric heating mode).
The room temperature is lower
than the set temperature
(cooling mode).
The doors or windows weren't
closed properly.
There are heat sources in the
room.
The exhaust hose has not been
connected or is blocked.
The temperature setting is
too high.
The air inlet is blocked.
The floor of the site is not level
or flat enough.
The noise is caused by the
refrigerant circulating inside
the fan.
Replace the room temperature sensor (Note: The unit
also functions without the room temperature sensor).
Replace the evaporator coil sensor.
Empty the water tank.
Suggested solution
Empty the water from the
water tank.
Reset the temperature setting.
Reset the temperature setting.
Make sure all doors and
windows are closed.
If possible, remove the heat
sources.
Connect or clean the hose.
Reset the temperature setting.
Clean the air inlet.
If possible, place the unit on a
flat, flat surface.
This is normal.
