§11 - AVVIAMENTO
DELL'ARGANO
Prima di montare le funi sulla pu-
leggia:
-Verificare che il riduttore sia stato
riempito d'olio.
-Verificare che i collegamenti elet-
trici siano regolarmente effettuati e
che le protezioni delle morsettiere
siano state rimontate.
-Dopo aver effettuato alcuni giri
del volano a mano, avviare elettri-
camente il motore ad alta velocità
per qualche secondo in un senso di
marcia e, dopo una breve pausa,
nell'altro
-Attendere qualche minuto (mini-
mo 5 minuti) affinché l'olio possa
percorrere le canalizzazioni e
lubri-ficare le parti rotanti.
-Verificare la corretta apertura del
freno come descritto nel capitolo
"Regolazione freno" cap. 12.2
-Lasciare girare a vuoto la macchi-
na per 3 ÷ 5 minuti ad alta velocità
ed osservare che non emergano
eventuali anomalie. In questo caso
ricontrollare il collegamento elet-
trico, la tensione di alimentazione,
le correnti assorbite e/o il bloccag-
gio dell'argano sulla sua base. In
presenza di eventuali incertezze
consultare la nostra
organizzazione.
-Verificare che la rotazione del
volano avvenga sempre molto libe-
ramente. Ripetere questa ultima
operazione ancora una volta e ri-
controllare.
-Ciò fatto, montare le funi sulla
puleggia e, sospese le masse tra-
slanti, effettuare le prime corse.
-Verificare la corretta entità del
contrappeso per non sovraccaricare
l'argano ed il motore.
AVVERTENZA:
Non far funzionare mai l'argano
sotto carico con le viti di fissaggio
della base non serrate! Si possono
procurare gravi danni alla macchi-
na!

§11 - STARTING
THE WINCH
Before installing the ropes onto the
pulley:
-Make sure that the reduction unit
has been filled with oil.
-Make sure that the electrical con-
nections are correct, and that the
covers over the terminal box have
been replaced.
-After turning the flywheel a few
turns by hand, start the motor for a
few seconds in one direction. Then,
after a brief pause, start the motor in
the other direction (high speed)
-Wait a few minutes (at least 5 mi-
nutes) for the oil to circulate
through the internal channels and
lubricate the rotating parts.
-Make sure the brake releases cor-
rectly, as described in the chapter
entitled, "Adjusting the Brake" on
chap. 12.2
-Allow the machine to operate at
high speed and without load for 3÷5
minutes while making sure that no
malfunctions occur. If abnormal
operation is noted, check the electri-
cal connections, the input voltage,
the amount of current being drawn
and/or whether the winch is com-
pletely tightened down onto its
base. In case of uncertainty, consult
the. SICOR organization.
-Make sure that the flywheel turns
freely. Then, repeat this operation
and check once again.
-At this point, install the ropes onto
the pulley. After the moving loads
have been suspended, the first
move-ment operations can be
performed.
-Make sure that the counterweight
is adequate to prevent the winch and
the motor from overloading.
IMPORTANT
Never operate the winch under load
when the mounting bolts to the base
of the winch are not completely
tight! Serious damage to the winch
may result!
