§5 - PRESCRIZIONI DI
SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE
Questo argano DEVE essere instal-
lato rigorosamente in un locale chiu-
so a chiave, il cui accesso è consen-
tito esclusivamente al manutentore
qualificato e autorizzato dal Cliente.
Sulla porta di detto locale deve
essere apposta la scritta con minimo
quanto segue:

Il manutentore o l'installatore devo-
no conoscere i pericoli connessi alla
macchina e devono aver letto e com-
preso le istruzioni di sicurezza con-
tenute in questo manuale.
Prima dell'installazione dell'argano
il Cliente deve verificare che la so-
letta, le strutture di sostegno dei ca-
richi traslanti e dell'argano stesso,
offrano i richiesti coefficienti di
sicurezza.
Il Cliente DEVE, inoltre, rispettare
la distanza da muri o da altre mac-
chine secondo le direttive o norme
del Paese dove l'argano verrà instal-
lato.
SOLLEVAMENTO
Per spostare l'argano (vedi anche
§7 - Trasporto) usare in sospensione
il golfare del riduttore, oppure con
un carrello elevatore a forche di por-
tata adeguata, sollevare l'argano al
massimo 30 cm da terra e movimen-
tarlo lentamente.
In ogni caso vengono chiaramente
identificati i punti di ancoraggio per
il sollevamento mediante
l'apposizione del seguente segnale
nero su sfondo giallo

PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
The winch MUST be installed in
an area that is strictly kept under
lock and key. Access to this area
must be exclusively limited to
the qualified maintenance worker
who has been authorized by the
customer. At least the following
notice must be affixed to the door
that provides access to this area:
LIFT MACHINERY
DANGER
AUTHORISED PERSONNEL
ONLY
The installer or maintenance
worker must be aware of the
dangers associated with the
machine, and must have read and
understood the safety precautions
contained in this manual.
Before the winch is installed, the
customer must make sure that the
floor slab, support systems for
mo-ving loads and for the winch
itself offer the required safety
factors. Also, the customer
MUST respect the distance from
walls or other machines that is
specified in the directives or
standards which apply in the
country where the winch is
installed.
LIFTING THE WINCH
To move the winch (see also §7
- Moving the winch), connect a
suspension-type lifting system to
the eyebolt on the reduction unit,
or use a forklift of adequate
capacity. Lift the winch a
maximum of 30cm off the floor,
and move the winch slowly.
In any case the anchorage points
for lifting the winch will be
clearly identified by the
apposition of the following black
sign with yellow background.
