Chapter VII Installation, Commissioning and Operation of the Auxiliary Arm

Please install the auxiliary arm device properly according to the following steps; please keep this Instruction properly.

Note
- This machine shall be operated by the specially trained personnel.
- Any modification to the machine parts and scope of use without the permission of manufacturer or not in line with
the instruction may result in the direct or indirect damage to the machine.
- The machine may be used after the confirmation that the right auxiliary arm and the tire changer are connected
correctly.
- The combination of right auxiliary arm and tire changer shall be installed and fixed on the transverse steel of cabinet.
- During the operation of machine, non-operators shall not approach the machine.
- Wear the safety protection devices such as the working clothes, goggles, earplugs, safety shoes, etc..
- Do not touch the moving parts.
Note
Necklaces, bracelets and loose clothing may endanger the operator.
- Pay special attention to the various safety and operation markings attached to the machine.
- Be sure to operate the right auxiliary arm at a given working pressure.
- No. 2 lithium base grease and SAE 30 lubricating oil are used for this machine. The machine shall be used within the
safety data range.
- The right auxiliary arm shall be removed and installed under the guidance of professional service personnel.
