Chapter V Operation

Ensure to use the machine only after you have read and understood the entire Manual and the warnings. Before
the operation, deflate the tire and remove all leads from the wheel.
The operation of tire changer includes: a) tire pressing; b) tire changing; c) tire mounting
The pressure regulator is recommended for the tire changer.
5.1 Tire Pressing
Be extremely careful when conduct the tire-pressing operation. When the tire-pressing pedal drives the tire-
pressing arm to move quickly, the tire-pressing arm may endanger the everything in its moving area.
Check if the tire is deflated, and if not, discharge the air inside the tire. Completely close the clamping claw of large plate.
If the clamping jaw is in an open position while the tire is pressing, the operator's hands are exposed to the high
risks. Never put your hands in contact with the tire wall during the tire pressing process.

Place the wheel against the rubber on the right side of tire
changer cabinet (Fig. 5-1 M). As shown in Fig. 5-2, place the
tire-pressing shovel (Fig. 5-1 N) about 1cm from the tire
edge. Note: the tire-pressing shovel shall be placed against
the tire instead of rim.
