The valve shall be placed on the right side of tire-changing head at a gap of 10 cm to avoid the damage to inner
tube (Fig. 5-5).
Necklaces, bracelets, loose clothing or foreign objects near the moving parts may endanger the operator.

Press the pedal (Fig. 2-1 H) and flip the column (Fig. 2-1 U)
so that the locking button is positioned as shown in Fig. 4-16
Z, unlock the tire-changing arm M, move the tire-changing
arm downwards, and position the head at the top of rim.
Place the locking button as shown in Fig. 4-16 Y to lock the
entire tire-changing assembly. This locking involves both
the horizontal and vertical directions, and the tire-changing
head is 2 mm from the rim (Fig. 5-3). Insert the lever
between the tire edge and head (Fig. 5-5) so that the tire
edge moves over the head.

Sledge the bead onto the raised part of dismounting head
with a lever (Fig. 5-4), discontinuously press the steering
tread of turntable (Fig. 5-1 K) to make the turntable rotate
clockwise until the upper bead is completely removed.
In case of the tire with tube, separate the valve about 10
cm from the right side of tire-changing head to avoid the
damage of tube. (Fig. 5-5):

Press the pedal (Fig. 2-1 H) to tilt the column (Fig. 2-1 U) to
remove the inner tube without unlocking the tire-changing
arm; repeat this operation and break the tire edge on the
other side (Fig. 5-6).
