Move the tire to pass the tire edge under the head. With the raised part of tire edge against the rear of head, fit the tire edge into the rim
slot. Press the pedal (Fig. 5 -1 K) to make the large plate rotate clockwise. Continue this operation until the tire is fully fitted into the rim.
Keep the hands and other parts of body as far away as possible from the tire-changing arm while the large plate
is turning so as to prevent the industrial accidents.
With the inner tube loaded, repeat the above operations.
During the mounting and removal of tire, the large plate shall rotate clockwise. Counterclockwise rotation is only
permissible for error correction when the operating failure is caused by the shutdown of machine.
