Remove the other bead and lift the bottom edge of tire under the tire edge with the large plate (Fig. 16). Remove the lower tire edge
according to the Operation Specifications of Main Body (Fig. 17).
Attention: The strength of large plate is limited. Do not lift it forcibly, and insert the lever root into the hole of
elbow bracket to assist the lifting.

Press the tire with the tire-pressing roller on the bracket
(see Fig. 13). Rotate the tire while pressing one side against
one side (press it gradually instead of excessive force) and
coat the edges of tire and rim with the suitable commercial
lubricant via the brush, and place the tire-changing head at
the tire-changing position. Press the tire with the roller on
the side of tire-changing head and insert the lever into the
tire edge between the tire-changing head and rim. Insert
the lever between the tire and rim as shown in Fig. 14. Lift
and retract the tire-pressing roller with the manual valve.

Then move the tire-pressing block to the opposite side
of tire-changing head and press the bead into the
disengaging slot of rim. Turn the lever to sledge the
bead to the top of tire-changing head (Fig. 15), lift and
retract the tire-pressing block, and turn the turntable
clockwise until the upper bead is completely removed.
