Problem
The appliance does not work
The microwave does not
switch on
The microwave is not working.
A duration time appears in the
display.
The food takes longer than
usual to heat up
The turntable makes a
scraping or grinding noise

Should a malfunction occur, it is often only due to a
minor fault. Please read the following instructions
before calling the after sales service:
Possible cause
Plug not inserted
Power failure
Door is not closed properly
The Start button was not
pressed
The rotary knob was
accidentally pressed
The microwave setting
selected was too low
A greater amount than
usual was placed in the
microwave
The food was colder than
usual
Dirt or foreign body is
present in the turntable
drive area
Repairs may only be carried out by fully trained
after sales service technicians. Improper repairs
may cause serious injury to the user.
Comments/remedy
Plug in the appliance
Check whether the kitchen light
switches on
Check whether left over food or a
foreign object is trapped in the door.
Press the Start button.
Press the Stop button
Select a higher setting
Double the amount almost double the
cooking time
Stir or turn the food during cooking
Clean the roller ring and the recess.
