Lightly lubricate the guide axle (3).
NOTICE
Loss of Function Caused by Use of Inappropriate Tools
Only use the supplied Allen wrench on the static corrective system joint
(17BK1). Other Allen wrenches can destroy the hollow screw (4).
INFORMATION
To facilitate a hassle-free assembly of the dynamic unit, the multifunctional
corrective system joint's change lever (8) should be preset to "Green".
1) Screw the locating bolt (7) into the thread (9) of the static corrective
system joint (for sizes 1-3, torque 3 Nm; for size 4, torque 1 Nm).
2) Insert the guide axle (3) into the locating bore (11).
3) Position the dynamic unit on the static corrective system joint so that the
joint adapter (6) fits on the locating bolt (7).
4) Insert the supplied screw (12) through the designated bore hole (5) and
screw it tight into the thread (10) of the static correction system joint.
-> The dynamic unit is fastened to the static correction system joint.
4.3 Adjustment Coding
NOTICE
Loss of Function Due to Decreased Tension Force
Tension on the dynamic unit can decrease in the course of use. If needed,
the tension must then be adjusted or set higher.
INFORMATION
Determining which tension from "1" to "7" to use depends on the mode
of therapy selected and will be assessed on an individual basis by the
doctor or the therapist.
