7. CHANGE FILTER
Please note: Due to a galvanic reaction
occurring during the rinsing process, the
metal grease filters must not be washed
simultaneously with silver cutlery or silver
dishes. Unfortunately, there is no right to
complain if this fact is not taken into ac-
count.
Insert filter
Replace the metal filter after cleaning.
Attention: Make sure that the safety
chain is on the front side! See picture.
Attach the safety hook to the lug of the
'metal filter' and fold up the metal filter
until the magnetic contact adheres.

8. CARBON FILTER

Activated carbon odour filter
No cleaning necessary as this is a dispo-
sable activated carbon filter. However,
you should replace it every 4 months at
the latest. Or if necessary when the
cleaning performance of the filter de-
creases (noticeable by the fact that the
hood no longer has the full performance,
or the indoor air quality decreases). The
replacement interval depends on the use
of the extraction system; in the case of
more intensive use, the filter must be
replaced more frequently.
Function:
The activated carbon filter combines the
fine dust filter technology with the acti-
vated carbon filter. This filters fine dust
particles, house dust, animal hair, plant
pollen or spores from the cooking fumes
and indoor air. This combination also
largely neutralises
These activated carbon filters are dispo-
sable filters and therefore cannot be
cleaned or regenerated! Dispose of full
activated carbon filters at least every 4
months or when the indoor air
quality deteriorates. Clogged
filter pores reduce the suction
power of the activated carbon filter.
Replace activated carbon filter
To do this, grasp the stainless steel filter
and slide the activated carbon filter out of
the guide rails of the stainless steel filter.
Dispose of the old activated carbon filter
and insert the new activated carbon filter
into the guide rail.
