Stainless steel surfaces:
Use a mild and non-abrasive stainless
steel cleaning agent. Do not clean
stainless steel surfaces with abrasive
scouring pads or with cleaning agents
containing sand, soda, acid or chloride!
Clean in direction of polish only.
We recommend our stainless steel
cleaner no. 461731. See the enclosed
service booklet for the order address.
Aluminium, varnished and plastic surfaces:
Use a soft micro fibre cloth. Do not use
dry cloths. Use a mild window-cleaning
agent. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents or agents containing acid or lye!
Do not use scouring agents.

Fire hazard! The performance of
the extractor hood is impaired by
greasy residues, and the risk of fire
increases. To prevent any fire haz-
ards, necessarily clean the metal
filter on a regular basis. The grease
filters should be cleaned every 14
days at the latest. The need to
clean the grease filter is also speci-
fied on the LED indicator: after 15
hours of operation, the red LED on
the ceiling unit starts flashing - at
that point, please clean the metal
filter. Easily pull down the glass
detergent.

due to the use of aggressive clean-
ing agents. Temperatures above 55
degrees should be also avoided.
Warning: Do not use any 3-phase
or multi-phase cleaners. DO NOT
clean the metal filter in a commer-
cial dishwasher. Cleaning with ag-
gressive products such as petrol,
acetone, trichlorethylene, etc. will
destroy the metal filter!
Please note: Due to a galvanic re-
action occurring during the flushing
process, the metal grease filters must
not be washed simultaneously with
silver cutlery or silver tableware. Un-
fortunately, the customer shall not be
entitled to any reclaim if this fact is not
taken into account.
Refit the metal filter after the clean-
ing process ensuring that
press and hold the toggle switch (F
= Filter saturation) on the right side
for at least 10 sec. until the red
LED goes out. The operating hours
meter will reset and the red LED
