Installation

3.1 Mounting
Normally the sensor is mounted vertically from the top. Please pay attention to the following measures when
positioning:

The 0 % and the 100 % level are set during the calibration process with empty and full vessel. Please do not use
the dead band of the sensor for maximum level. The dead band in front of the membrane is 30 cm. The „level" is
relative to the minimum and maximum set by you.
3.2 Mounting advice
Location
1. Ideal mounting position is on top of a vessel (see picture).
The bottom side of the sensor should stand lower than the tank top.
2. Mounting tube on tank top (see picture)
If you cannot mount the sensor in the shown manner ask our application engineers for advice.
